1. About EcoDriev

Welcome to EcoDriev ("EcoDriev", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EcoDriev website, currently available at ecodriev.com, together with any related pages, features, forms, services, content, and functionality made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

EcoDriev is an electric-mobility and automotive information platform designed to help users discover, compare, and learn about vehicles, technologies, charging, and related mobility solutions.

2. EcoDriev Is Not a Vehicle Seller

EcoDriev does not sell, manufacture, distribute, or supply vehicles unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• EcoDriev is not the seller of any vehicle.
• EcoDriev is not the manufacturer, importer, or distributor of any vehicle.
• EcoDriev is not a party to any vehicle purchase or sale transaction between a user and a dealer or manufacturer.
• EcoDriev does not determine the final sale price of a vehicle.
• EcoDriev does not guarantee vehicle availability.
• EcoDriev does not guarantee financing, insurance, or other dealer services.
• Any purchase, reservation, financing, delivery, warranty, service, or other transaction is between the user and the relevant third party.

Any information provided through EcoDriev should therefore be considered informational unless expressly identified as an EcoDriev service.

3. Vehicle and Product Information

EcoDriev attempts to provide useful and accurate automotive information. However, information displayed on the Platform may originate from vehicle manufacturers, authorized or independent dealers, distributors, publicly available online sources, other third-party sources, and information compiled, reviewed, or prepared by EcoDriev.

Vehicle specifications may vary according to market, model year, trim level, battery configuration, software version, equipment package, and other factors.

Information may include, without limitation:

• Prices
• Vehicle range
• Battery capacity
• Charging speed
• Charging time
• Dimensions
• Performance
• Equipment
• Features
• Availability
• Warranties
• Vehicle images
• Technical specifications

EcoDriev does not guarantee that all such information will always be complete, current, accurate, or applicable to every vehicle available in Qatar.

Users should verify material information directly with the relevant manufacturer, distributor, or dealer before making a purchase or other decision.

4. Prices and Availability

Where prices or availability are displayed, they are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

A price displayed on EcoDriev does not constitute an offer by EcoDriev to sell a vehicle.

Dealer, manufacturer, or distributor pricing, promotions, financing offers, availability, and other commercial terms may differ from information displayed on the Platform.

5. Test-Drive and Vehicle Enquiries

EcoDriev may provide forms allowing users to request information, contact a dealer, or request a vehicle test drive.

When you submit such a request:

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You authorize EcoDriev to process the information for the purpose of handling your request.
• Where applicable, you authorize EcoDriev to transmit the relevant information to the dealer or business associated with your request.
• You acknowledge that the relevant dealer or business is responsible for responding to the request and determining availability, appointment arrangements, and applicable terms.

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

• A test-drive appointment
• Vehicle availability
• A response from a dealer
• A specific vehicle configuration
• A specific price
• Completion of a purchase

The dealer or other relevant business remains responsible for the actual service or transaction.

6. Third-Party Businesses

EcoDriev may display information about or provide connections to:

• Vehicle manufacturers
• Dealers
• Distributors
• Charging providers
• Mobility businesses
• Service providers
• Other third parties

These businesses operate independently from EcoDriev unless expressly stated otherwise.

EcoDriev is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, products, services, pricing, availability, warranties, or contractual obligations of third parties.

Your dealings with a third party are subject to that third party's own terms, policies, and agreements.

7. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Platform may contain links to websites or online services operated by third parties.

A link does not necessarily mean that EcoDriev endorses, owns, or controls the linked website.

Unless otherwise stated, the EcoDriev name, branding, website design, original written content, databases, graphics, user-interface elements, software, compilation and arrangement of content, and other materials created for EcoDriev are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party materials may remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of EcoDriev intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, EcoDriev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Reproduce EcoDriev's original content for commercial use.

EcoDriev does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

If you believe material appearing on EcoDriev infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact EcoDriev using the contact details published on the Platform and provide sufficient information to identify the material and the rights allegedly affected.

EcoDriev may review and, where appropriate, remove or modify disputed material.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform:

You should not submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an authorized EcoDriev process.

EcoDriev may process submitted information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

12. Analytics and Platform Improvement

EcoDriev may analyze information about Platform usage to understand:

• Which pages receive traffic
• Which vehicles receive clicks or enquiries
• General visitor behavior
• Platform performance

13. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

EcoDriev does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

• A requested test drive will be available.

• The Platform will operate without interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoDriev will not be responsible for losses arising from:

• A vehicle purchased or considered through the Platform
• Inaccurate or outdated third-party information
• Dealer or manufacturer conduct
• Vehicle availability or pricing
• Failed or delayed test-drive arrangements
• Third-party websites or services
• Transactions between users and third parties
• Interruptions or technical failures of third-party services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights through information or material you submit.

17. Suspension or Termination

EcoDriev may restrict or suspend access to the Platform where reasonably necessary to:

As EcoDriev currently does not require user accounts, suspension may primarily involve restricting access to particular features, forms, or services.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Qatar, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the EcoDriev Privacy Policy constitute the principal terms governing your use of the Platform, together with any additional terms expressly presented for particular services.
