Once your information has been provided to the relevant dealer, that dealer may process your information according to its own privacy practices and legal obligations. EcoDriev does not control how an independent dealer subsequently processes information after receiving it.

3.3 Vehicle and Platform Analytics

We analyze Platform activity to understand which vehicles receive the most interest, which vehicles receive clicks, which vehicles generate enquiries, which pages are most frequently visited, how users interact with Platform features, general visitor trends, Platform performance, and broader electric-mobility and automotive market trends.

Where practical, EcoDriev may use aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes.

3.4 Platform Improvement

Information may be used to improve website functionality, vehicle discovery, search and comparison features, content, user experience, performance, security, and future Platform services.

3.5 Business and Market Analysis

EcoDriev may analyze aggregated Platform activity to understand electric-vehicle and mobility trends and to develop its Platform and related mobility businesses. Such analysis does not involve selling individual users' personal information.

3.6 Security and Legal Compliance

Information may be processed where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, detect abuse or fraudulent activity, investigate security incidents, enforce Platform terms, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

If you intentionally submit a request for a test drive or vehicle enquiry associated with a particular dealer, EcoDriev may provide the relevant information to that dealer so the dealer can respond to your request.

The information shared may include the information you submitted through the relevant form, such as your name, telephone number, email, location, vehicle of interest, budget, and enquiry or request details.

EcoDriev does not sell this information to the dealer. The disclosure occurs because you requested the relevant service or connection.

5.2 Service Providers

EcoDriev may use third-party service providers that help operate the Platform. These may include providers supporting website hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, technical maintenance, and other necessary Platform functions.

Such providers may process information on EcoDriev's behalf where necessary to provide their services.

You are not required to provide personal information simply to browse publicly available vehicle information unless a particular feature requires it.

Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law requires controllers to ensure that personal data collected is relevant and sufficient for legitimate purposes, accurate and up to date for those purposes, and not retained longer than necessary.

9. Legal Basis and Consent

EcoDriev will process personal information in accordance with applicable law. Where consent is required, EcoDriev will seek appropriate consent before processing.

Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 provides that personal data generally may not be processed without the individual's consent unless processing is necessary for a legitimate purpose of the controller or the third party receiving the data.

Where you voluntarily submit a test-drive or vehicle enquiry form, EcoDriev may process and disclose the information necessary to respond to the request.

10. Withdrawal of Consent and Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant conditions, individuals may have rights including:

EcoDriev currently uses Hostinger for website hosting.

Depending on the configuration of the Platform and the third-party services integrated into it, personal information or technical information may be processed or accessed outside Qatar.

EcoDriev will take reasonable steps to ensure that processing is conducted in accordance with applicable law and appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Because third-party service configurations may change, EcoDriev does not represent that every item of data is physically stored exclusively in Qatar.

14. Third-Party Services

EcoDriev may integrate third-party technologies for hosting, analytics, security, website functionality, or other legitimate Platform purposes.

Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and terms. EcoDriev is not responsible for privacy practices that are outside its control.

Where a third party receives personal information because you have intentionally requested a service, such as a dealer test-drive request, that third party may process the information under its own privacy practices.

EcoDriev is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

18. User Choice

You can generally browse EcoDriev without creating an account.

You decide whether to provide personal information through optional enquiry and test-drive forms.

If you do not provide information required for a particular request, EcoDriev may be unable to process that request.

EcoDriev does not currently intend to use personal information collected through ordinary enquiry forms to send unsolicited push notifications.

19. Direct Marketing

EcoDriev does not currently operate a general push-notification marketing program.

If EcoDriev introduces direct electronic marketing or similar communications in the future, it will do so in accordance with applicable law and will provide any required consent and/or opt-out mechanisms.
